We have a large reception area and social distancing will be required – we have adequate signage and markers to make your arrival as easy as possible. Keys will be disinfected and sanitized after each guest. Please contact us on the morning of arrival to arrange your arrival time as this needs to be monitored.  Masks are required to be worn in all public areas around the hotel.

DURING YOUR STAY – Following Government guidelines our bars, restaurants, lounges are open.  We are operating as a Room Only basis, but you can add Breakfast as an extra either on making the booking or on arrival. Face masks are cumplusoryd in all public areas.  Although we do have a lift, it’s encouraged that it’s only used when essential and not shared with other guests.

Our Spa remains closed for the safety of our guests, until Social Distancing measures in the County will be lifted. Our Treatments rooms are fully open, you can book in advance through Boutique Beauty by Katie's Website: https://boutiquebeautyofficial.setmore.com.  Our Gym is open to hotel guests from the 10th May 2021 following the Welsh Government's outline to re-opening of leisure and fitness.

ON DEPARTURE - We do request that guests depart before 10am as all rooms need to be sealed for two hours before our cleaning team can enter and so that we can have plenty of time to carry out our cleaning and sanitization procedures.

All of our staff and team members will undergo training on the new health and safety guidelines, and we are we have completed the new industry standard set out by National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland called 'We're Good to Go'. This accreditation lets you know we have implemented the Government's COVID-19 reopening advice and have clear health and safety processes in place.
